Reed Diffuser Subscription

Which reed diffuser subscription box should I choose?

Select the size of your reed diffuser subscription box based on the size of your home or the number of rooms that you'll like to aromatize.

3-Room subscriptions are great for small apartments: Aromatize 1 bedroom + 1 toilet + living room.
4-Room subscriptions are great for mid-sized apartments: Aromatize 1 bedroom + 2 toilets + living room
5-Room subscriptions are great for large apartments: Aromatize 2 bedrooms + 2 toilets + living room

When will my subscription renew?

Your subscription will renew on the same day of the month as when the initial order was made. For example, if you subscribed to a 6 Months Prepay plan on 1 January, your subscription will automatically renew after 6 months on 1 July.

When will I receive my fragrance box?

Your fragrance box will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Am I able to change the fragrance of my subsequent boxes?

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription before the auto-renewal kicks in, login to your account or send us an email at hello@prettymajorhome.com and we'll get you all sorted out!
